JIIMA stands for Japan Image and Information Management Association. It is a Japanese organization that focuses on the development, promotion, and standardization of image and information management technologies, such as document management systems, data archiving, and other related IT solutions.
JIIMA works to promote best practices, improve technology standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly for document management and data security in industries like healthcare, finance, and government. It also plays a role in certifications, guidelines, and audits related to information management in Japan.
In our “TRANS-Account” service provided by AIS, Among the five types of JIIMA certifications recognized by the Japan Document Information Management Association (hereinafter referred to as JIIMA), We have newly obtained the “Electronic Transaction Software Legal Requirement Certification” on August 30, 2024.
“TRANS-Account” has acquired three types of certifications: “Electronic Ledger Software Legal Requirement Certification,” “Electronic Ledger Law Scanner Storage Software Legal Requirement Certification,” and the “Electronic Transaction Software Legal Requirement Certification.”
As a result, “TRANS-Account” is certified as a service compliant with the revised Electronic Books Preservation Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Electronic Ledger Law”).
